Breathe
You have to remember to breathe while you are on the tennis court and exercising. The activity of tennis is stress and just like drinking water, you have to remind yourself to breathe to survive. One technique to optimize your breathing and increase performance is to inhale deeply when coiling on your service motion and expell your breath vigorously when excellerating up and through the contact point with the ball. Watch and listen to the players on television and you will discover a new tool, good breathing.
